  • Title Transfer and Closing Date
  • Thanksgiving Baskets
  • November 2nd Wednesday
  • Day of Thanksgiving
  • Fall Calendar Adjustments

This past Sunday, we covered the first of what we are calling "Moving Moments". It covered the theme of Change. As we get closer to this exciting new chapter, it’s important to prepare ourselves for the changes that come with it! From the drive to church to the feel of the lobby, sanctuary, and kids’ spaces, things will look and feel different. Most of these changes will be exactly what we’ve hoped for, while others may take a little getting used to. Let’s approach them with patience, prayerfulness, and a willingness to grow. Change can be a doorway to new perspectives, new ministries, and new opportunities for impact. Let’s embrace the journey together, knowing the Lord is with us with each new step!

Title Transfer and Closing Date - Update
The original date scheduled for title transfer and closing was Monday, November 9th. Due to simple scheduling matters, the date was moved to today, November 5th. While nothing else changes about the rest of our timeline (each church will continue to occupy our current spaces through November 22), we wanted to make sure to communicate clearly about the updated closing day.

Thanksgiving Baskets - Be a Blessing this Thanksgiving! || Deadline 11/15/25
As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re reminded of how much we have to be grateful to the Lord for — and how powerful it is to share that gratitude with others. Over the past several years, our church family has had the privilege of being good neighbors by providing 20 Thanksgiving baskets for families in need at Ozark West Elementary School.

This year, as grocery costs continue to rise, our kindness and generosity can make an even greater impact. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us — as an individual, family, or small group — to provide a basket filled with Thanksgiving essentials? Each basket will bless a local family with a full meal and a reminder of God’s love and care through His people.

Drop-off Details:
  • Tuesday, November 24th
  • 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM
  • Back door of Ozark West Elementary

To sign up, simply email Pastor Rob at rob@thesprings.church or visit the Sign-Up Table in the lobby.

Let’s come together to share the joy of Thanksgiving — shining the light of Christ and reminding our neighbors that they are seen, loved, and not alone.

"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
— Matthew 5:16

November 2nd Wednesday || 11/11 || 6:30 - 7:35 AM || The Springs Fireside Room
Men, join us on November 11th at 6:30 AM in the Fireside Room as we continue going through Brant Hansen's insightful book, "The Men We Need".
We will be diving into Decision Two: “Protect the Vulnerable.” Don’t worry if you have missed previous sessions! Each lesson can stand on its own even as the book builds with each session. Set your alarm and join us for this time of learning and mutual sharpening to be more of the men we need!

Day of Thanksgiving || 11/22
Our Sunday morning service will focus on God's goodness in the past, even as we look forward expectantly to His grace in the future. Here are two other opportunities for celebration on that day...
  • Turkey Bowl- Join us from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Ted & Lorie Nickel's for our 7th Annual Turkey Bowl where our 7th-12th graders will compete in a friendly Flag Football game! Families are invited to attend and cheer everyone on while they enjoy some s’mores and other snacks on the sideline. Our preteens will also compete in a halftime mini-game and help with some important jobs during the game. Bring a chair and come join in thanksgiving fun!
  • Night of Thanksgiving- We will gather at The Springs at 6:30 PM for a Night of Thanksgiving which will include desserts and an open mic time of thanksgiving. We are asking everyone to bring a dessert to share. Water and hot drinks will be provided! While childcare will not be provided, this will be a family friendly night for all ages!

Fall Calendar Adjustments
Due to our upcoming facility transition, we have seen a need to be flexible and adjust some of the events on our fall calendar. These include Flavors of Fall and the Housemoot gathering. We will not be hosting Flavors of Fall this year, but are considering other ways to celebrate and even reach out to our new community after our move. Housemoot is looking towards early 2027 to gather again around the themes of creative work, music, literature, and the arts.
