In our last study, our small group took some time to reflect on an important story that sets the stage for what would happen on Palm Sunday. In John's gospel, we see that the triumphal entry is immediately preceded by the stories of the resurrection of Lazarus, and the anointing of Jesus' feet by Lazarus' sister, Mary. Unlike the other gospel accounts, John emphasizes the importance of Jesus' raising of Lazarus on the events that would follow (see John 12:9-19). The crowds begin to gather at Bethany before he even enters the city on account of his miracle with Lazarus. Little did the people know or understand then, that what Jesus had done in Lazarus was only a preview into the promise of our own redemption!
As we approach Holy Week, we will take time to reflect on the suffering of Christ on our behalf; we will find hope in the passover lamb that died in our place, and ponder the weight of our sin for which Jesus suffered. But in the midst of that reflection, may we remember that the same Jesus who is the Lamb of God also has power over death!

Join us for The Path from 5:30 - 7:30 PM for a night of intentional prayer as you journey through a variety of self-guided prayer stations set up around the church. Live worship available to join from 6:00 - 7:00 PM in the Fireside Room (120/122). This evening will be “open house” style and kid-friendly.

Bring your family and invite your friends as we celebrate the life-changing truth of Jesus' resurrection together. We'll be celebrating our Savior who through His birth, life, death and resurrection came to seek and save the lost!
Ecclesiastes Study - Wednesday Nights || 6:40 - 8:00 PM || Room 124
When life doesn’t turn out the way we expect—or even when everything seems fine but still feels empty—where do we turn? Join us for a 10-session video study through Ecclesiastes by pastor Jonathan “JP” Pokluda as we explore how God, not the things of this world, brings true meaning and satisfaction. This is a new study for an ongoing group that meets Wednesdays 6:40 - 8:00 PM in Room 124. This class is hosted/led by Pastor Zach and others in the group. Pickleball - Open Play and Learn How to Play || 4/7 & 5/5 || 4:30 - 6:00 PM for Families AND 6:00 - 7:30 PM for 16 and older || The Springs Church Gym (Upstairs)
Feel free to stop by for Pickleball Open Gym time for anyone who wants to play or wants to learn how to play.Times and dates will be as follows:
- Tuesdays on April 7 & May 5th!
- From 4:30 - 6:00 PM will be specifically for families and 6:00 - 7:30 PM will be for those 16 and older.
The Springs has equipment for our two courts, but feel free to bring your own!

There's no shortage of messages in our world about what it means to be a leader. Scripture has much to say this as well, with Jesus providing us with the ultimate teaching & example of true, godly leadership. Coming up on April 8th at our next Men's 2nd Wednesday gathering we'll unpack the biblical blueprint of leading with humility. David Baza will lead our time of learning in how we as men can follow Christ's example of servant leadership in our homes, workplaces, church, and community. Men, we invite you to join us at 6:30 AM in the Fireside Room (122) on April 8th — coffee provided!

Crafternoons is an open house time for fellowship where women can bring their own craft (BYOC) and chat. Women can bring crafts or other projects to work on.
We will meet in The Porch (the Women's Ministry Room) every month on the 2nd Saturday. It's a come as you want, leave as you need from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

The Springs Elders are calling a special congregational meeting on April 12th at 4:30 PM. This meeting is being held to communicate timely information about questions and needs related to our church facility. We had intended to communicate these at our annual congregational meeting back on March 1st, but due to other important matters, we felt it better to share about our facility at another separate meeting.
Youth Spring Retreat || 4/17 - 4/19
Our Youth (7th - 12th grade) are heading to Sky Ranch Cave Springs in Quapaw, OK for a weekend of fun and spiritual renewal! This year’s theme will be This Changes Everything. Baby & Child Dedications || 4/19/26
Each year we offer parents the opportunity to dedicate their child to the Lord during one of our Sunday services. This is a great milestone in the life of a child as we recognize our need for God's help to "train up a child in the way that he should go."
