Pray First || 8/3 || The Springs Room 124
Come pray with us this Sunday, August 3rd! “Pray First” is a once-a-month prayer rally for our entire church family. We’ll pray from 8:15 - 8:45 AM on the first Sunday morning of each month in Rm 124. Not only will this start our Sunday morning off right, but this will be a regular declaration to the Lord that The Springs Church is dependent on Him for all things! Adults, youth, kids…let’s all join together and Pray First.
Youth Mission Trip Recap || 8/3 || Worship Center
Our Student Ministry was serving on their Mission Trip to Columbia, MO the 20th-25th & this Sunday are excited to share with you all the awesome ways God was at work! We will have a short highlight video during service to give everyone a glimpse of our trip, but invite everyone to join us for a Mission Trip Celebration service on Sunday night at 6pm in the Worship Center! We'll have a time of worship, some trip testimonies, a longer trip video, as well as some snacks. We hope you'll join us for this time to praise God for His work in and through us as we served in Columbia!
Summer in the Psalms - God's Playlist
Did you know that the Psalms are actually divided into five books? Now through August 31, The Springs will be reading through the third book of the Psalms, which includes chapters 73-89. This initiative will be a great way to spend some daily time in the Word and will be a great study for new to seasoned believers alike. We are also excited to spend time in the same book together as a congregation!

Summer in the Psalms Sunday Morning Class || Now - 8/24 || 10:30 AM || Rm 120/122
Over the summer our church family will be working our way through the third section of the Psalms by using a summer reading plan & through our weekly sermons. To enrich our experience in the Psalms we will be providing a 7 week discussion based class from July 13-August 24 at 10:30 AM. The focus of this time will be to discuss both the Psalms from the previous weeks readings as well as process the sermon from the 9:00 AM service. This class will be led by Pastors & Elders. Whether you’re new to The Springs or have been here a while, this is a great place for discussion, growth & fellowship. We hope you’ll stop by!
Let's Be Praying for our Summer Panama Teaching Team!
On August 2nd, a small team from The Springs departs for Panama to serve in the area of pastoral teaching and training. Please pray for Mark Logan and Pastor Tom Semmelbeck as they provide Biblical training for local pastors and leaders. This training offers men and women equipping to help them as they serve in the various places God has called them.
Summer Splash || 8/17 || 6:30 PM
Join us at the Nixa Community Center (701 N. Taylor Way, Nixa, MO 65714). Come enjoy light snacks, fellowship and pool time. We are also excited for our fourth annual Belly-Flop Contest! You won't want to miss this night! This is a great event to invite a friend and/or someone who is new the The Springs.
**We will not be including baptisms in our Summer Splash event this year. However we will be celebrating baptisms in our Worship Services on September 21st. Watch for more details to come!
