As many of you know, in response to Jesus' command to go and make disciples (Matt. 28:16-20) our mission as a church is to help people know and follow Jesus one step at a time. This mission can take on many forms, be it through small groups, one to one, worship, etc. It’s with this in mind that we are grateful for two very significant disciple making opportunities coming up for our church which involve younger members of our church family. The first involves some of our 3rd-6th grade elementary students who will be attending CentriKid Camp this week. Please pray for the Lord to work in their hearts so that they will be encouraged to love God first and because of that love others. The second opportunity involves our youth as they will be leaving for Columbia, Missouri this coming Sunday to do a VBS for Columbia Mission Church, as well as some service projects at Compass EFC and local service organizations. As with the kids, please pray for the Lord to move in the hearts of those we will be serving, as well as in and through our students as they serve.

Summer in the Psalms - God's Playlist
Did you know that the Psalms are actually divided into five books? Now through August 31, The Springs will be reading through the third book of the Psalms, which includes chapters 73-89. This initiative will be a great way to spend some daily time in the Word and will be a great study for new to seasoned believers alike. We are also excited to spend time in the same book together as a congregation!
*Bookmarks for the summer reading plan are available in the Lobby!

Summer in the Psalms Sunday Morning Class || Now - 8/24 || 10:30 AM || Rm 120/122
Over the summer our church family will be working our way through the third section of the Psalms by using a summer reading plan & through our weekly sermons. To enrich our experience in the Psalms we will be providing a 7 week discussion based class from July 13-August 24 at 10:30 AM. The focus of this time will be to discuss both the Psalms from the previous weeks readings as well as process the sermon from the 9:00 AM service. This class will be led by Pastors & Elders. Whether you’re new to The Springs or have been here a while, this is a great place for discussion, growth & fellowship. We hope you’ll stop by!

‘25 Student Ministry Mission Trip || 7/20 -7/25
Our students are heading to serve in Columbia, MO! We’ll be doing a VBS for Columbia Mission Church, as well as some service projects at Compass EFC and local service organizations. Please be praying for God to be at work building His Kingdom through every aspect of the trip, and for all the trip logistics from traveling to service projects to the relationships we’ll form. Please pray also for Him to move in the hearts of those we will be serving, as well as in and through our students as they serve. We so appreciate our church family lifting us up in prayer!
* We will be having a recap of our trip on August 3rd at 6:00 PM in the Worship Center
